Delft Watch Band

The Delft Watch Band is woven in square stitch using Delica beads.
The Delica beads used in the model & the amounts needed are:

#748 Matte Transparent Cobalt Blue; 428 beads or 2.14gms
#881 Matte Opaque Light Blue AB; 228 beads or 1.14gms
#202 Opaque White AB; 412 beads or 2.06gms

Make two identical pieces & attach them to the watch pins by the widest ends. With the thread exiting an end bead of the last row, bring it around the watch pin. Needle through the first two beads & bring the thread around the pin again. Needle through the next two beads, then around the pin.

Continue to the end, being sure to exit the end bead before bringing the thread around the pin one final time. Needle back through the beads before finishing the thread ends.

Or you may add a row of size 8 Delicas to the end of the watchband & slip the pin into them; then insert the pin into place on the watch head. Use either white or the metal color to match your watch head.

Attach your clasp & your watch is ready to wear!.
