Fig. 10: Pick up 1 seed bead, 1 4mm bicone crystal (or any 4 mm bead) & 3 seed beads.
Needle back through the crystal & through the peyote tube to the other end pulling the threads taut.

Fig. 11: Add the same embellishment beads to this end of the peyote tube.
Needle back through the center of the tube & the embellishment beads on both ends at least once more, two or three times more if crystals are used.
Then needle through the beads of the toggle to exit a bead of the center column of the peyote tube.

Fig. 12: Give the toggle a stem & attach it to one end of the necklace or bracelet as shown.
If you prefer to start your bracelet or necklace by making the closure, after completing the toggle, pick up the beads for the stem plus one bead.
Needle back through the stem beads & the bead of the toggle; then back through the stem beads & the extra bead to position the thread to start weaving the piece.

Fig. 13: Make the loop by picking up 21 beads at the other end of the piece & needling back through the end bead of the bracelet or necklace.
Then needle back through all of the beads of the loop plus the attachment bead on the piece two or three more times.
If you make a thicker toggle (more rows) or a longer toggle (more columns) make your loop bigger. Add two beads to the loop for every two rows (or columns) added to the peyote strip.

Fig. 14: By adding loops, you can make the length of a necklace adjustable.
Needle through all of the beads of the loop, then needle through the first 10 beads & skip the next one. Needle through the next 10 beads & skip the attachment bead of the piece.
Needle through the next 11 beads to position the thread to add the next loop.

Fig. 14: Pick up 21 beads & needle through all of them again. Then needle through the first 10, skip one, needle through the next 10, skip the attachment bead, then needle through the next 11.
Continue in this way to the desired length & embellish the end of the chain as you wish.
